Some requirements/characteristics include:
- 26 years of age as of June 1st
- Resident of the Ouachita Parish admissions area (includes most outlying areas) for a minimum of one year
- Interests in Voluntarism
- Commitment to Community Service
- Interest in developing your potential for voluntary community participation
